I emailed one of my best friends De’Mar while I was working today and said something like “Dude. You gotta keep the content on your website fresh. New pics. New news. You haven’t updated anything in 2 weeks. Your stats are dropping.”
He just called me and hes like “This morning I woke up to my phone getting your email. I read it and I couldn’t go back to sleep. I felt like I had to update the site. It bothered me so much.” I thought that was super funny.
It’s also weird to talk to someone when they are in another country. He is shopping while I’m in bed. It was 4:30pm on Tuesday where he was and 11:30pm Monday here. I told him he was in the future. I asked him what the weather was going to be like tomorrow. He said “It’ll still be a snowstorm”.
